Cancellation policy
The same rules apply to physicians and facilities. Here is what happens when a shift is cancelled late or missed.

| More than 72 hours before the shift day | Free to cancel. No record is kept. |
| 24 to 72 hours before the shift day | Recorded as a late cancellation. |
| Under 24 hours before the shift day, or a no-show | Recorded as a very late cancellation. |
These rules apply equally to physicians and facilities.
Repeat late cancellations
Two very late cancellations or no-shows within 90 days put an account under ops review, on either side.
No money penalties in this pilot
There are no financial penalties today. If that changes, we will give at least 30 days of notice before any penalty applies.
How to cancel
A physician can cancel an accepted shift from their schedule. A facility can cancel an accepted booking, or mark a no-show after the shift day, from the shift's applicant view.
