Terms of Service

On Call is a marketplace that connects locum physicians with healthcare facilities in Saudi Arabia for temporary clinical coverage. Facilities post shifts describing the specialty, dates, shift type, requirements, and rate. Physicians browse and apply to shifts that fit them. A facility reviews applicants and accepts one; both sides then coordinate through a private message thread.

On Call is a connection platform. We do not employ physicians, operate facilities, process payments, or guarantee the accuracy of any credential, license, or rate posted by either side. Verifying credentials such as SCFHS licenses, commercial registration, and MOH licensing before a shift begins remains the responsibility of the physician and the facility involved, in addition to our own credential-verification review process, which is a trust-and-safety measure and not a substitute for each party’s own diligence.

You must be able to form a binding agreement under applicable law to create an account. Physicians represent that any license or credential information they provide, and any document they upload as part of verification, is accurate, current, and genuinely theirs. Facilities represent that they are lawfully authorized to operate as a healthcare provider in Saudi Arabia and that any CR/MOH details and documents they provide are accurate.

• Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us promptly at hello@oncall.onl of any suspected unauthorized use of your account.
• Provide accurate information at signup and keep your profile reasonably up to date.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, except where caused by our failure to safeguard it.

Where our platform requests supporting documents (such as an SCFHS license, national ID/Iqama, degree certificate, CR certificate, or MOH license) to verify your identity or credentials, you agree to provide genuine, unaltered documents belonging to you or your facility. Submitting fraudulent, forged, or another person’s or entity’s documents is a serious violation of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension and, where warranted, a report to the relevant authorities. Our review of your documents is a marketplace trust-and-safety measure; it does not constitute professional licensing, credentialing, or a guarantee on our part to any counterparty about your qualifications.

• Post, apply to, and communicate about shifts honestly and in good faith. Do not post fabricated shifts or apply without genuine intent to work them.
• One application per shift, per physician. Withdraw an application if you no longer intend to take the shift.
• Use the message thread for legitimate coordination related to the shift. Do not use it to harass, discriminate against, or defraud the other party, or to request or share information unrelated to the shift.
• Do not attempt to circumvent, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform, probe or exploit its security, or access data outside your own account.
• Rates, dates, and requirements shown on a shift are set by the posting facility; On Call is not a party to any resulting work arrangement.

Creating an account means you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect (including SCFHS license numbers, CR numbers, verification documents such as national ID/Iqama scans, and message content) and how we use, retain, and protect it under Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law. We record the version of this policy and these Terms you agreed to, and the date of that agreement, as required evidence of consent.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, provides fraudulent credential or registration information or documents, or otherwise misuses the platform. You may stop using On Call and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at hello@oncall.onl, subject to the retention obligations described in our Privacy Policy.

On Call is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, and, beyond our own credential-verification review, we do not vouch for the qualifications of any physician or the legitimacy of any facility beyond the information and documents they provide, which we review but cannot independently guarantee in every instance. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Saudi law, On Call is not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from arrangements made between physicians and facilities, or from the actions of either party.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of On Call is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Saudi courts.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, where changes are material, seek renewed consent at your next login.
